Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility, unless the item was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to avoid lost returns.
We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
If your refund is delayed, please check with your bank or credit card provider before contacting us.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
