Everything you need to know about shipping and tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Additionally, a “Track Your Order” button will appear once your order is placed. Simply click the button to view the latest tracking information.

We primarily ship our products through YunExpress for international orders from China. YunExpress is known for its reliable and fast cross-border shipping solutions.

Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Generally:

North America: 7-15 business days

Europe: 7-20 business days

Asia: 5-15 business days

Other regions: 15-30 business days

It may take 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated after your order is shipped. If your tracking number is not showing any updates, please check again later or contact us for assistance.

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address after placing the order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been shipped, we will update the address. Unfortunately, once the package has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address.
